Penguin Family (PINGU) was born in 1986, by the Swiss animation master automatix solid Toman (Mr.Otmar Gutmann)

Vivid, funny picture, combined with humor, rich story, appropriate to describe a warm atmosphere of affection and friendship, but also firmly grasped everyone's heart, penguin family (PINGU) have become the world well-known cartoon characters, and this story takes place in the distant Antarctic world, father, mother, grandfather, PINGU, PINGA and small seals, this warm story of family of the basic members, and is the source of subject matter from the point of their life bit by bit drops.

An average of five minutes, a set of video, required seven experienced & skilled professionals, the use of 3000 kinds of gestures of different models, through the extremely precise calculation and planning, took a whole month to complete.

平均五分鐘一集的影片，需要七個經驗豐富&技術純熟的專業人員， 運用三千種姿勢不同的模型，透過極度精確的計算與規劃， 耗時一整個月才能完成。


Each set of five-minute video PINGU are professional studio out of a high-cost R & D cartoon production technology. Filming PINGU tape is a lot of work and time-consuming an average of an action would require eight models to shoot into a continuous action, while a set of five-minute story, often need to use more than 7,000 film grid, usually only cut the one-hour photo into a second video, plus multi-plot variability, the time usually taken more than a month old, so PINGU cartoon album of the production process is quite arduous and time-consuming.

每一集五分鐘的PINGU影片，都是專業工作室研發出來的一項高成本的卡通製作技術。拍攝PINGU影帶很費工費時，平均一個動作就需要8個模型來拍攝成連續動作，而一集五分鐘的劇情，往往需要用到7000多格的影片，通常一個小時的攝影僅能剪成一秒鐘的影片，加上劇情多變性，拍攝的時間常超過一個月之久，所以PINGU卡通影集的製作過程是相當艱鉅及耗時。
